When we are healthy we take it for granted. We believe since we are healthy now, it will remain so for the rest of our lives. So we neglect drinking water, eating healthy natural foods, getting enough sleep and so on. If we consistently burn the candle at both ends we will find ourselves with a disease or injury that will force use to slow down or even stop. Then when we are sick, we appreciate the blessing of health. No amount of worldly praise, or promotions, of financial prosperity can fill this need of physical and mental health.
