Second Yogurt Batch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Yogurt starter (from previous yogurt batch)
  • 1 tbsp Inulin prebiotic
  • 1 tsp Acidophilus powder
  • 1 tsp Apple Pectin
  • 1 tsp Acacia Fiber
  • 1/2 gallon A2 Whole Milk
  • 3 capsules Trader Joe's Advanced Strength Probiotic
  • 3 tablets Trader Joe's Probiotic Women's Formula
  • 3 capsules MEGA SporeBiotic from Microbiome Labs

Equipment

  • 1 InstaPot Pressure Cooker

Method
 

  1. Take A2 Whole Milk and Yogurt Start out of the fridge to warm to room temperature.
  2. In a glass bowl combine probiotics and prebiotics. Then mix with yogurt starter. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients to the InstaPot. Place lid on. Yogurt setting, low heat, and cook for 36 hours.
  4. Remove from the InstaPot into a glass bowl with a lid. Eat 1/2 cup a day. Yogurt will last up to 1 month in the fridge.
