K-Vitality Splash by Barefoot Betters

K-Vitality Splash: This refreshing mix of Coconut Water, Calm Magnesium, lemon juice, and chia seeds is paired with potassium-rich dried apricots and almonds. Delivering ~900 mg potassium, ~200 mg magnesium, ~100 mg calcium, and ~15 mg vitamin C, this homemade drink surpasses ALL sports drinks with pure, whole-food power.
Dr. Eric Berg recommends 4700-6000mg of Potassium a day. Also, four parts potassium to 1 part sodium chloride/salt.

  • 4 g Magnesium - Calm by Natural Vitality Magnesium citrate supplement has 325mg of magnesium carbonate.
  • 1 tsp Celtic or Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds, organic (optional) 10 grams. Contains 2g protein, 60mg potassium and 60mg calcium.

  • 1 each Lemon juice Alternative use: juice of an orange, or better yet, eat the orange.
  • 4 drops Trace Mineral drops Ionic from swansonvitamins.com

  • 1 tbsp Monk Fruit sweetener (optional) alternative is honey
