Improve meat digestion naturally by drinking a glass of water with apple cider vinegar (ACV) 30 minutes before your meal. The acetic acid in ACV helps activate digestive enzymes and supports protein breakdown, while supplemental enzymes like bromelain and papain further aid in digesting complex proteins, reducing bloating, and enhancing nutrient absorption. Adding Betaine HCl can boost stomach acid levels, which is essential for breaking down protein and maximizing nutrient absorption.
Inspired by German Frikadellen, which are traditionally pan‑fried patties (often a beef‑pork mix with breadcrumbs), this baked version keeps the spirit but adds mustard seed crunch and almond flour for a gluten‑free twist.
